As part of our commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of our clients, we are continually evaluating additional services that might benefit you and your family. In light of Hurricane Katrina and subsequent natural disasters that have affected so many Americans, we began looking for a way to help our clients consolidate financial records and safeguard important family documents.
After much research and training, we are pleased to introduce a new software platform that will allow us to securely store and easily update information on all of your financial accounts, regardless of whether or not we manage the assets. The system will allow you to view consolidated, aggregated financial reports at any time from your own computer, and allow us to ensure all assets are included in your wealth plan.
In addition, a “vault” feature of the same software will allow you to scan and store copies of important documents and family photos. Since back-ups of all information in your vault are stored at several locations, you can feel safe knowing that if something happens to your home, copies of your vital records are safe and easily accessible through your personal, secure log-in.
